Conference Centre

The Atrium offers a state-of-the-art seminar/conference facility for small to medium events. Lighting and equipment are controlled via a user friendly touch screen system. The facilities are available to both tenants and the general public, and are open daily for inspection by appointment. Management and security staff are on hand for support, and public parking is available underneath the building.

Theatre

Provides tiered seating for 116 people. Seating is high-backed with integrated writing pad rest. Lighting and equipment are controlled via a user friendly touch screen system in the lectern. The following equipment is available.

• Lectern with gooseneck microphone
• Wireless lapel and hand held microphones
• High speed internet
• Ceiling mounted digital projector with 140″ screen
• Display tables
• Laser pointer

Meeting Room

The theatre can also be configured with a large boardroom table allowing for larger meetings utilising the screen and gallery. Reception area

Entry

A large reception area provides a welcoming area for visitors or breakout space for tea/coffee/meal breaks. An adjacent caterer’s kitchen provides ample space for any catering needs. This area is well suited to small functions.

Fees

• $160 per hour
• $550 half day
• $760 full day
